Delivery

Delivery

We use trusted third party logistics providers to deliver our goods. If you want to see your delivery options, please visit our shipping information page before you place your order.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or other occurrences beyond our control for which we will not be responsible. Please see our shipping information page for further information.

If there is a delay in delivering the goods we will inform you of this via email and the goods will be despatched as soon as available.

You have the right to request a cancellation if your order is delayed, just Contact Us with your order number and we will do our best to assist.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.

Delivery of the goods will occur when we deliver them to the address you provide us with when you make your order. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place.

We may need to deliver your goods in separate instalments. If that is the case we will let you know in advance.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be extended depending on the exact location.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advise against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at your own risk once delivery has been made by our logistics provider. 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking your courier tracking, as your parcel may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
 
If you are unable to locate your order, please contact our Customer Services Team via Live Chat or email so that we can help. If the parcel is considered lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
 
If the original order is later located, you will have the option to pay for and keep the items, or refuse delivery/return them. If you are unable to refuse delivery and you do not wish to keep the order, please notify our Customer Service Team as soon as possible, so that we can arrange a free return. If you do not contact us, or return the duplicate orders, we reserve the right to recharge you for the items in question.

Payment

Payment can be made via our secure check out pages using your credit or debit card (details of accepted credit or debit cards are provided during the checkout process). You can also pay using PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "WIGGLE".

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, bank account or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

You may also be able to make payment through our finance partner V12 Retail Finance. In order to be considered for finance you must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the United Kingdom, have a Credit/Debit card and a bank or building society account. You must also be employed or self-employed in full or part time work (16 hours per week) or retired and in receipt of a pensions or in receipt of a disability benefit. Your application for finance will be determined by our finance partner who will notify us and you if your application is successful. If successful, you will be provided with a credit agreement to sign.  All finance orders are subject to a minimum deposit of 10%.

The cost of international products and services may fluctuate.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as soon as possible.  The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your Wiggle order reaches your destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and despatched from the UK.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.

Note: By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place an order specifying the use of this payment card.

We may charge the payment card again if the previous attempt failed.

You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you certain legal rights (also known as ‘statutory rights’), for example, the goods:

  • are of satisfactory quality;
  • are fit for purpose;
  • match the description, sample or model; and
  • are installed properly (only if we agree to install any goods).

We must provide you with goods that comply with your legal rights.

The packaging of the goods may be different from that shown on the site.

You are responsible for ensuring any parts purchased are necessary for the repair or upgrade of an item. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any parts. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for details.

We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. We cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.

UK Plugs

All electronic devices delivered by Wiggle come with a UK plug only. Please note that you will need to have an adapter in order to be able to use your electronic device with another European plug. If an electronic device is not delivered with a UK plug this information will be explicitly stated in the product description.

Cancellation Rights

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in most cases, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from delivery and get a full refund without giving any reason. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods purchased through our website.
 
To exercise this right please contact us prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period. The order must be returned to Wiggle within 14 days of contacting us and return postage must be covered by the purchaser.
 
If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
 
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
  • 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
 
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
 
Wiggle is a retailer, not a wholesaler. As such, we reserve the right to cancel excessive orders of individual products without notice.

In order to contract with Wiggle you must be over 18 years of age. Wiggle retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Wiggle or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Wiggle is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Wiggle retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and the title of goods will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible by cancelling the order. If you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.  Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Fair Purchase Policy

At Wiggle, we buy from our suppliers with an agreement to sell to our private customers. It is not in our business model to sell items in bulk quantities to other retailers or bicycle manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which we suspect are beyond the requirements for an individual or club arrangement.   • Wiggle will take back on a new-for-old basis any old electronic item from you. Spare parts are not covered by this and we are not able to take back spares. If you are purchasing a new appliance from us and wish to send us the old one please send it to

Wiggle may from time to time share your details with third party analytical resources for the purposes of better understanding customer behaviour and performance, website performance, improved ad relevance and any other analytical process to give Wiggle a better understanding of how to develop its offering to its customers. These third parties will be employed solely for the purpose of the aforementioned analytical purposes, and as such Wiggle will ensure that the third party is contractually obliged to use the data only for the analytical purposes set out in the agreement between Wiggle and the third party, and Wiggle will also ensure that the third party is contractually required to maintain a level of security around the shared data, at least as safe as Wiggle itself employs. Failure on the part of the third party to meet its contractual obligations will result in Wiggle recovering the data, and taking all reasonable actions to ensure the third party no longer has access to the shared data.
